Tywi Tactical Gladiator Bergen

The Tywi Tactical Gladiator bergen is our modern take of the air support bergen that was issued to UKSF and pathfinders, the main compartment has a capacity of 150L with the external pouches and mesh sides then adding to this capacity.

Used by high end operators around the world the Gladiator bergen has proven itself as a dependable yet comfortable bergen and has been used by medal winners on Cambrian patrol.

• Large PALS/ MOLLE field on top flap

• Large zipped admin pocket on the underside of the top flap

• 38mm top flap main straps with polymer cobra buckles

• DEI MC1606 external polymer frame

• Wide shoulder straps with ventilating spacer mesh

• Shoulder strap load lifters

• Internal laser cut PALS at the top of the back panel to improve kit organisation

• Mesh side pouches

• PLCE compatible side/ rocket pouch attachment points

• 38mm spaced attachment points along each PLCE zip flap

• Large poncho style pouch

• Zipped triple utility pouches with anti battle rattle bungee attachment loops

• Covered drain holes in the base of the main body and each pouch

• Double layered base for extra wear resistance

• Grab handle attached at the top of the external frame can be tucked away to prevent being “caught up”

The Gladiator bergen comes with our standard hip pad which is optimised for use with belt kit and does not have a hip belt. Our hills hip pad (as seen in some of the above pictures) has wider wings, laser cut laminate 3x3 PALS on each hip and a 50mm hip belt can be woven on without the need for tailoring and is available separately.
