As with our 3x3 Rip Away IFAK our extensive experience of pre hospital trauma care and our passion of high quality equipment has merged in this IFAK with modern materials and tailoring technologies allowing you rapid access to your medical items when it matters the most.

A laser cut laminate outer MOLLE’s to your kit with a double retention system securing the inner rip away IFAK pouch

The inner IFAK pouch has a smooth opening zip and a drain grommet for the easy removal of debris and fluids vital for any IFAK.

Unlike traditional IFAK’s we have avoided loops of stitched elastic for content retention and have opted for a laser cut laminate grid which allows the end user to feed shock cord through holes customising the internal layout to their scope of practice and preferences.

An internal slip pocket in the rear of the IFAK allows the storage of minor first aid items separate from the shock cord grid system.

Relief cuts in the top and bottom of the laminate outer are spaced according to 12.5mm PALS allowing the attachment of additional pouches.

Tuff cut shears can also be stored either inside the IFAK or externally being slid down between the IFAK and its laminate MOLLE attachment panel.

A shaped loop field gives a smart appearance while allowing the attachment of morale patches to identify the contents of the IFAK as per some unit SOP’s.

This IFAK has been popular with those doing SF selection to carry a FFD, TQ and minor first aid items on their webbing as per their kit list.
